O R D E R

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner seeks a direction to first respondent to produce the detenue S.Susmeetha, aged 19 years, now detained by the second respondent before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitoner and Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for first respondent and learned counsel for second respondent.

3. Petitioner/father of detenue is present. The detenue is produced before this Court along with second respondent. We interacted with the detenue. Detenue informs that she married the second respondent on her own accord and the marriage has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been registered on 21.08.2018. As requested by learned counsel for petitioner, petitioner was permitted to interact with the detenue. After interaction, the detenue informs that she is accompanying the second respondent and not returning to her parental home.

Recording the said position, the petition shall stand closed.
