The above suit had been posted before this Court under the caption for "being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the plaintiff. 2.A memo had been filed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff indicating that due to inadvertence, in the 'G' schedule property, the eastern side boundary of the 'G' Schedule property has been left out and hence, he would seek permission of this Court to carryout necessary amendment in the plaint, in respect of the 'G' schedule property, pursuant to the order of amendment made by this Court on 18.04.2023. 3.The said memo is taken on record. From the schedule appended to the amendment application, it is seen that in respect of the 'G' Schedule property eastern side boundary had not been typed. Hence, the amendment to be included in the 'G' Schedule property "East by: Lands belonging to Mr.A.

J.Mohamed Iqbal" is permitted to be made in the 'G' Schedule property to the amendment application. 4.Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the plaint by including the "East by: Lands belonging to Mr.A.J.Mohamed Iqbal" in the 'G' Schedule property to the amendment application. 24.04.2023 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.
