This Writ petition has been filed directing the second Respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.10.2018 regarding, conducting Kangaroo Court in their respective places and the same filed enquiry report. 2.Heard both sides.
3. In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.27926 of 2018, no further order can be passed in this Criminal Original Petition. If the complaint given by the petitioner has not been investigated, the petitioner, should seek for the registration of F.I.R. in accordance with the directions given by the Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13681 of 2017 and a batch of cases, date 20.09.2018. The present relief sought for the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court.
4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
