W.P.No. 31737 of 2018 V.BHARATHIDASAN , J This matter is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned " at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Earlier this writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the compensation amount as per the common judgment and decree dated 20.09.2017 in Review Application No.154 to 159/2017 in A.S.No.402 of 2010 and A.S.No.564 to 568 of 2010 to the credit of L.A.O.P.No.6,7,8,73, 116 & 117 of 2002 respectively.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the compensation amount has been enhanced as per the order passed by this court in Review Application filed by the petitioners in Rev.Appln.Nos.154 to 159 of 2017, dated 20.09.2017. But, in the copy of the order in this writ petition, the review application was not mentioned due to over site.

4. Considering fact that due to over site, the Review Application numbers are not mentioned in the copy of the order dated 07.01.2019 in W.P.No.31737 of 2018, the paragraph No. 2 of the order dated 07.01.2019 shall be read as follows :

"1. The petitioner filed an appeal in A.S.Nos.402 & 564 to 568 of 2010 and this Court by judgment dated 27.08.2010 enhanced the

compensation at Rs.3/- per square feet. Subsequently, the petitioners filed the Review Application Nos.154 to 159 of 2017 and this Court by an order dated 20.09.2017 reviewed the judgment and enhanced the compensation at Rs.5.60 per square feet. Even thereafter, the above enhanced award amount has not been paid to the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. "

5. In all other respects, the earlier order dated 07.01.2019 remain unaltered.
