O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This petition has been filed directing respondents to produce the petitioners minor daughter Nila Prabhakaran, aged about 4 years, presently under the illegal detention of respondents No.3 and 4 before this Court.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for respondents are present. Petitioner as also the 5th respondent is present. Petitioner made an endorsement to the following effect: " I am Indira Prabhakaran, 34, F, am happy to say that I have reconciled with my family, mother, father and husband and have adequate access to children. I kindly request you to please consider the case HCP.2684/2018 as closed and drop the proceedings. Thank you, your Lordships. "

Recording the above, the Habeas Corpus petition shall stand closed.
