O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking for direction to the respondent police not to interfere in a civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
2.It is seen from the records that there is a civil suit pending between the parties in O.S.No.16 of 2009, before the learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur. While this suit was pending, a complaint seems to have been given by one of the defendants in the suit. Therefore, the respondent police are calling the parties for an enquiry. 3.There shall be a direction to the second respondent Police to call the parties for an enquiry and if the dispute is pending before the competent civil Court, the parties shall be relegated to the civil Court and the respondent police shall not interfere in the said dispute. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above directions.
