Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SUMITRA, Advocate for the petitioner AND OF MR.R.NATARAJAN, ADVOCATE on behalf Respondent the court made the following order:-

O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 03.01.2019 granted an order of interim stay on condition to deposit the 50% of the decree amount by the appellant , within a period of six weeks.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submitted that the conditional order dated 03.01.2019 has been duly complied with by the appellant.

3. In view of the above, interim order already granted is made absolute and this Civil miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
