O R D E R
This Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to to appoint an independent and impartial Arbitrator on behalf of the respondent to resolve the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent as per clause 3 of the SCC of the agreement dated 05.07.2012.

By consent of both parties, I hereby, appoint Mr.K.Govindarajan, Retired High Court Jusctice residing at No.8, Old No.5, Justice Ramanujam Road, Malaviya Avenue, Shastri Nagar, Chennai-41, as Arbitrator to enter upon reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties. The learned Arbitrator may, after issuing notice to the parties and upon hearing them, pass an award as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned Arbitrator is at liberty to fix his remuneration and other incidental expenses. The proceedings may be conducted under the aegis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and in accordance with the Madras High Court Arbitration Rules.
3. In OA.Nos.697 to 699 of 2018, this Court granted an interim order and this application is also to be transferred to the file of the Arbitrator for further course of action.
4. The Original Petition is ordered in the aforesaid terms leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
