This petition has been filed by these two petitioners to implead them as party respondents in the main writ petition in W.P.No.31335 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. It is the case of these petitioners that, in respect of the issue raised in the main writ petition, already a suit has been filed before the Principal District Munsif at Tirupattur in O.S.No.69 of 2017 by these two petitioners, against the first respondent, i.e., the writ petitioner and in view of the said pendency of the suit, these petitioners, since are the plaintiffs in the suit, are the necessary parties herein to be heard to effectively adjudicate the issue raised in this writ petition, therefore they seek impleadment of themselves in this writ petition.

3. Considering the said factual matrix, where these petitioners already filed a suit against the writ petitioner, it become necessitated to hear them also in this writ petition, hence, this Court feel that this impleading petition can be ordered.
