COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 05.10.2018 made in I.A.No.353 of 2018 in O.S.No.4 of 2011 and I.A.No.327 of 2018 in O.S.No.15 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Coonoor.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties out of Court and therefore nothing survives in these petitions. 3.

Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
