Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners have to appear before the respondent police every month, imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7372 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.11842 of 2018 order dated 06.06.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.D.SUGUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

4.Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed.
