This petition has been filed to call for the records in PRC No.15 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukovilur and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the case has already been committed to the file of the learned District Judge, Villupuram and the same has been taken on file in SC.No.26 of 2021 and the matter is now at the stage of framing of charges.
