ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.E.D.Sethupathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondent No.1 and Mr.M.Rajamathivanan, learned counsel for respondent No.2.

2. Directions are sought by the petitioner that the respondent No.3 shall not run the loom workshop in the subject writ premises.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that one year back, the loom workshop of respondent No.3 is closed.

In view of the above, the purpose of the writ petition now does not subsist. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
