(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) As against the order passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has preferred an appeal dated 04.09.2017 to the first respondent. Seeking to expedite the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 04.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
