The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the application dated 22.11.2016 and sanction education loan of Rs.4,00,000/- to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the course https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for which educational loan was sought by the petitioner, itself was over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
