Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2017 and pass orders with the time prescribed by this Honourable Court.

By consent, this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2017 and pass orders within stipulated period.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 29.08.2017, seeking to conduct enquiry regarding the patta transfer order dated 17.04.2000, issued by Zonal Deputy Tahsildhar. respondent till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

4. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
