O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore (Inam Abolition Appellate Tribunal) to pass final order in IATA No.1 of 1999 with the available records within a time stipulated.

2. By an earlier order of this Court dated 18.07.2017, passed in CRP(PD).No.2308 of 2017, this Court had directed the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore to dispose of IATA.No.1 of 1999, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order.

3. Though the order came to be made ready on 29.08.2017, it is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the Appeal is still pending. The learned counsel also submits that the records have already been received and that the arguments have almost been completed.

4. Though the earlier order of this Court has been violated, in my view, one more opportunity can be granted to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore to dispose of the Appeal. Hence, the learned

Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore is called upon to dispose of the IATA.No.1 of 1999, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
