This petition has been filed to stay the Judgment and Decree dated 30.11.2017 passed in A.S.No.42 of 2011 by the learned Sub Judge, Dharmapuri in reversing the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.87 of 2007 dated 30.08.2011 on the file of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram, Dharmapuri District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
