C.M.P.No.14325 of 2020 in S.A.SR.No.131405 of 2018 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 220 days in filing Second Appeal before this Court against the Judgment and Decree dated 30.11.2017 passed in A.S.No.42 of 2011 by the learned Sub Judge, Dharmapuri in reversing the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.87 of 2008 dated 30.08.2011 on the file of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram, Dharmapuri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for addmission.
