ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider her representation dated 30.10.2017 in relation to removal of encroachments in Survey No.281 situated at *Melakuppam Village, Walajah Taluk, Vellore District.

2. The learned Government Pleader (i/c) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that respondent No.3 i.e., the Tahsildar, *Wallajah Taluk, Vellore District will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2017, after hearing all concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader (i/c), no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
