This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife to withdraw and transfer HMOP.No.150 of 2018 pending on the file of Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai to the file of Sub Court, Ranipet.

2. Respondent and petitioner are husband and wife. Respondent filed HMOP.No.150 of 2018 on the file of Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai, seeking divorce. Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of the said case to the file of Sub Court, Ranipet.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent would submit that the petitioner is already set ex-parte in HMOP.No.150 of 2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner will take appropriate steps after getting the case restored to file before the Lower Court.

4. In view of the submissions made, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
