ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed only seeking for a direction to direct the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Ponneri to dispose of the I.A.No.1056 of 2002 in O.S.No.174 of 1991 on merits, pending on its file expeditiously within a specific time framed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said I.A.No.1056 of 2002 was filed for passing a final decree in the suit and the same is pending before the Court below till date. Further, he stated that the said application was filed in the year 2002, till date, the Court below has not passed any orders. Therefore, he sought for an appropriate direction to the Court below to dispose of the I.A.No.1056 of 2002 on merits. Hence, the present Civil Revision petition is filed for only with the limited prayer of the earlier disposal. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the said application filed for final decree proceedings and the same is pending for the past 19 years. Therefore, there is considerable amount of delay in disposing the said application by the Court below. Therefore, this Court directs the Court below to dispose the said application in I.A.No.

without granting any further time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
