This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.2237 of 2015, pending on the file of the first respondent.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the accused persons had cheated the petitioner to an extent of a sum of Rs.52.85 lakhs and an FIR was registered in the year 2015. Thereafter, there has been absolutely no progress in the investigation and therefore. the present petition has been filed.
3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to conduct the investigation in an effective manner and proceed further against the accused https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
persons and complete the investigation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a report before the concerned Court.
