Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2018 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2018.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents 1 to 4 on 16.10.2018, seeking to remove the petitioner's vendor name viz., Late Ramaiah Naidu in the patta no.216, pertaining to petitioner's property and issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner.

4. Heard Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the fourth respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 10 herein and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the respondents 5 to 10 herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
