O R D E R

The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the third respondent to return the Transfer Certificates and other certificates of his daughters within a time frame.

2. On 14.02.2019, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the third respondentSchool was ready to give Transfer Certificates for the petitioner's daughters without demanding any fees and hence, the petitioner was directed to approach the third respondent-School and collect the Transfer Certificates and report to this Court on 25.02.2019.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has received all the original certificates of his daughters from the third respondent. He has also made endorsements that he is not pressing these Writ Petitions.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as not pressed.
