Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2018 made to the respondents for the relief of undisbursed retirement benefits and due promotion benefits as per G.O.s issued by the State Government and pass orders thereon merits within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2018 made to the respondents requesting undisbursed retirement benefits and due promotion benefits as per G.O.s issued by the State Government and pass orders thereon merits within the time to be stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Today, when the matter was taken up, learned Government Advocate representing the respondents produced a copy of the Memorandum dated 26.03.2018 issued by the Principal Secretary, Labour Department, rejecting the request of the writ petitioner before this Court and submitted that the said order copy has also been furnished to the writ petitioner. It is further submitted that the original order has been sent to the writ petitioner by post.
3. Recording the aforesaid order dated 26.03.2018 and the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the writ petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order before the appropriate forum. No order as to costs.
