ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to give Cell phone call details of Mobile Number 9994163980, 9380252825, 9498110085 and 9790131508 from 22.12.2017 to 10.01.2018 based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 24.09.2018.

2. The relief as sought for the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court at this stage. Admittedly, the investigation is pending in Crime No.246 of 2017 against the husband of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily await for completion of the investigation and filing of the final report.
