ORDER
The prayer in this Writ Petition is to direct the Respondents to provide domestic electricity connection to the Petitioner's house at Guru Sriram Apartments, Plot No.4, 5 (Part) and V Flat No.AFF1, Valluvar Salai, Ramapuram, Chennai-89.
2. By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, the learned standing counsel takes notice for the Respondents.
3. This Court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record. 4.
According to the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner had made an application, dated 13.08.2018 to the Respondents for providing domestic electricity connection to the petition mentioned premises and as there was no response from the Respondents, the Petitioner had made a representation, dated 15.11.2018 to the Respondent. Since there was no action taken by the Respondents, this Writ Petition has been filed, seeking the relief as stated above.
5. On the other hand, the learned standing counsel for the Respondents would submit that the Petitioner has not produced the completion certificate in respect of the petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
mentioned premises from the Competent Authority so as to enable the Respondents to consider the application of the Petitioner for providing domestic electricity connection, but however, on production of such a completion certificate, the application of the Petitioner will be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time to be fixed by this Court.
6. The learned counsel for the Petitioner now undertakes to produce the completion certificate in respect of the petition mentioned property from the Competent Authority within a period of three weeks.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, on the Petitioner producing the completion certificate in respect of the petition mentioned property from the Competent Authority within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the Respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the application of the Petitioner, dated 13.08.2018, positively, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of such completion certificate from the Petitioner.
8. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
