Prayer in C.R.P.No.4216 of 2018: The Civil Revision petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to issue direction to the learned Sub Court, Kancheepuram to dispose of the Civil suit in O.S.No.239 of 2015 on its file in accordance with law on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

Prayer in C.R.P.No.4231 of 2018: The Civil Revision petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India praying for a direction to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the Civil suit in O.S.No.470 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur on merits in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. Prayer in C.R.P.No.4233 of 2018: The Civil Revision petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India praying for a direction to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the Civil suit in O.S.No.402 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur on merits in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. COMMON ORDER All these three Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking earlier disposal of the suit in O.S.No.239 of 2015 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram, O.S.No.470 of 2015 pending on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur and O.S.No.402 of 2015 pending on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur at an early date.

2. The suits are of the year 2015. One suit is for specific performance and other two suits for permanent injunction. From the papers it seen that written statement has been filed in all the suits in the year 2016 itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that issues have been framed in O.S.No.239 of 2015. In other suits issues have not been framed.

4. Considering the fact that the suits are already five years old and the urgency expressed by the petitioners, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of with the direction to the Trial Courts, namely, Sub Court, Kancheepuram and District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur to dispose of the suits within a period of six(6) months from the date of resumption of regular Court functioning in the respective Courts. No costs.
