2. The petitioner seeks a writ of Quo Warranto as against respondent No.6 on the ground that respondent No.6 is not eligible to be a Vice-Chancellor.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that in the year 2019, another person was appointed as Vice-Chancellor and now respondent No.6 is not the Vice-Chancellor. In light of the above, the relief claimed now does not survive. The writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
