ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 13.02.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4083 of 2014.

2. It is represented that the earlier order dated 13.02.2014 passed in WP.No.4083 of 2014, was subsequently reviewed by this Court vide order dated 13.03.2015 in Review Application Nos.44/2014 and connected batch etc., filed by the Teachers Recruitment Board, in which the petitioner herein is the respondent in Rev.Applw.No.44/2014 and the said application along with connected batch cases stand closed, on the ground that similar issue has already been considered by this Court vide order dated 02.03.2015 in a batch of contempt petitions and review applications (Rev.A.Nos.35 to 38 of 2014 and Cont.P.1198, 1263, 1688, 1724, 2905 and 3382 of 2014), wherein in the said cases no directions came to passed, in view of the fact that similar issues have been dealt with by the Division Bench of Madurai High Court in WA.(MD) Nos.1087 & 1090 of 2013 and the same is pending. Hence, the petitioner herein has no locus standi to challenge the order passed in W.P.No.4083 of 2014 in this Contempt Petition.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders in this petition.

4. In the result, this Contempt Petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
