This application is for rejection of the plaint under Order 7 Rule 11(b) of C.P.C. Admittedly, no order has been passed directing the plaintiff to correct the valuation on the ground the suit is undervalued.

2. In view of the same, this application is dismissed as pre-mature, leaving it open to the defendant to raise the valuation of the suit in appropriate form.
