The petitioner has filed these petitions seeking to set aside the order dated 05.09.2018 in C.M.P.Nos.1375, 1376 & 1377 of 2017 in C.C.Nos.145, 146 & 144 of 2017 on the file of Fast Track Court (Magistrate), Alandur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of these petitions, the matter was settled amicably between the parties before the Lok adalat court, Chengalpattu.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly all these petitions are closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
