ORDER

This petition has been field to to direct the Fast Track Magisterial Level No.II, Ponnamallee, Thiruvallur District to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner in STC No.344 of 2015 on the file of the Fast Track Magisterial Level No.II, Ponnamallee, Thiruvallur District dated 08.06.2017 on an application filed by the petitioner under Section 70[2] of Cr.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is seen from the records that the Non Bailable Warrant was issued on 08.06.2017, by the Court below. The petitioner is facing trial before the Court below for an offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The present petition has been filed to recall the Non Bailable Warrant.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court below by filing an appropriate petition to recall the Non Bailable Warrant and the Court below shall deal with the same in accordance with the law and pass appropriate orders on the same day.
