This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure to withdraw the case i.e. H.M.O.P.No.76 of 2018 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thirunelveli and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.
2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent are present. Both of them informed that H.M.O.P.No.76 of 2018 now required to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai, has been disposed of on 20.12.2018. A copy of the order has also been produced before this Court.

3. In view of the representation made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
