This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the Judgment and Decree dated 28.08.2018 in C.M.A.No.23 of 2018 passed by the XV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai confirming the Fair and Decreetal order dated 11.12.2017 made in I.A.No.11438 of 2017 in O.S.No.2464 of 2017 passed by the V Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. Without going into the merits of the case, the revision petitioner has agreed to remove the debris and permit the respondents to use the Toilet which is now in use without any obstruction whatsoever. http://www.judis.nic.in
