C.M.P.No.21569 of 2018 in CRP(NPD).No.1719 of 2013 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J., The instant civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the respondent in the main civil revision petition for deleting the name of his mother, who was his power agent. In the affidavit, filed in support of C.M.P.No.21569 of 2018, the petitioner/respondent has stated that his mother died on 01.03.2015 and in view of the same, he seeks to amend the cause title in the memo of grounds of civil revision petition by deleting the words "represented by his mother cum power agent Tmt.Jothi Saraswathy" and to permit the petitioner/respondent to prosecute the main civil revision petition on his own. The learned counsel for the petitioner/respondent has also given notice of C.M.P.No.21569 of 2018 on the counsel for respondents/petitioners. Despite service of notice, there is no representation on the side of the respondents/petitioners today i.e. 12.12.2018.
