These two applications were filed by the Joint Managing Director, and the Managing Director, respectively, of the company called M/s.Tech Sharp Engineers Private Limited. The respective petitioners have filed the respective Criminal Original Petitions before this Court, wherein, Crl.O.P.No.3716 of 2018 was filed for Anticipatory Bail and Crl.O.P.No.4560 of 2018 was filed for bail. 2.In the Criminal Original Petition for bail, i.e. Crl.O.P.No.4560 of 2018, filed by D.Mathew, the Managing Director of the company, this Court, by order dated 26.02.2018, has granted bail, of course, with conditions, wherein, one of the conditions imposed was that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondents on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 3.Like that, in Crl.O.P.No.

3716 of 2018, filed by the Joint Managing Director of the company, he sought for Anticipatory Bail, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondents, and that petition was ordered by this Court, by order dated 26.02.2018, wherein, one of the conditions imposed against the petitioner was that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondents on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m.

mkn 4.As directed, the conditions have been scrupulously followed and complied with, by the respective petitioners, so far. This factor has been conceded upon, by the learned counsel for the respondents, who would submit that, since, they have complied with the condition of appearing before the respondents every week, as directed by this Court, suitable modification can be made. 5.Considering the said facts, since, the respective petitioners have complied with the orders of this Court, imposing a condition that, they should appear before the respondents every week, and they have complied with such condition, for nearly about nine months, this Court is inclined to relax the said condition. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered with the following direction. 6.That the petitioner in each of these petitions shall appear before the respondents, as and when required. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
