Crl.A.Nos.771 of 2017 & 615 of 2018 and Crl.M.P.No.12947 of 2021 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J Today, the matter has been listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellants.

After hearing Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the appellant in Crl.A.No.771 of 2017, Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for the appellant in Crl.A.No.615 of 2018 and Mr.N.P.Kumar, learned Special Public Prosecutor (NCB Cases) for the respondent, I find that in paragraph 28 of the order dated 20.09.2023 instead of four (4) charges it has been wrongly typed as three (3) charges. The same stands corrected. Accordingly, the same has to be corrected as 2 x 4 = 8 months. In paragraph - 30 of the order in the last line, it has been wrongly typed as "the petitioner has to undergo rigorous imprisonment for two months for each count i.e., eight months for default payment of fine amount" instead of "the petitioner has to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 10 months (2x5) for default payment of fine amount". Accordingly, the same has to be corrected as 2 x 5 = 10 months. The same stands corrected.

3. Further, in paragraph - 29 of the order and through out the order various sections have been mentioned and sub section 'c' has been mentioned in capital letter 'C' instead of small letter 'c' and it has to be corrected as small letter 'c' wherever it appears in the order. 4.It is represented that A2 is in Central Prison, Salem and A3 is in Central Prison, Trichirappalli.

5.Registry is directed to carry out the above said corrections and issue fresh order copy.
