Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of whom one should be a blood related surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, Thiruvarur District.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SWAMI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.RAVICHANDRAN, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [CRL.SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of whom one should be a blood related surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, Thiruvarur District.
2. Heard both sides.
3. This Court while granting anticipatory bail imposed the condition that two sureties out of which one should be a blood related surety.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that none of his blood relatives offered to stand as surety to him and would submit that the condition may be modified that instead of one blood related surety a local surety may stand as surety to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22096 of 2018 dated 10.10.2018 is modified to the effect that both the sureties are local sureties.
6. Time for surrender is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
