This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners based on their representation dated 17.11.2018 in connection with Crime No. Not Known of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen from records that there is a money dispute between the parties and a complaint has been given to the respondent police for the purpose of recovery of money. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The nature of dispute is purely Civil and the respondent police is directed to relegate the parties to the competent Civil Court to enable the parties to workout their rights and not to harass the petitioners.
5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
