ORDER

This matter is taken up for hearing through Video-Conferencing. Mr.PL. Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the suit in OS No.11114 of 2010 has been disposed of even on 28.06.2019.

2. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against an order allowing an Application in IA No.12966 of 2018 filed under Order 18 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure to recall P.W.1 for further cross-examination, since the suit itself has been disposed of and nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

3. Hence this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
