PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents to take action against the culprits and more specifically directing the 2nd respondent to register the case against the culprits namely Mr.Kanthaguru, his wife Mrs. Sarala, and their two daughters namely Gayathri and Priya, who has committed the offence of using filthy language, assault with weapons and threat to life and lives / criminal intimidation and cut off the Electricity illegally comes as offence under Electricity Act and criminal conspiracy morefully stated under the CSR No.146/2018 dated 21.04.2018 for the complaint and to take action according to law. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take action against the culprits and more specifically directing the 2nd respondent to register the case against the culprits namely Mr.Kanthaguru, his wife Mrs. Sarala, and their two daughters namely Gayathri and Priya, who has committed the offence of using filthy language, assault with weapons and threat to life and lives / criminal intimidation and cut off the Electricity illegally comes as offence under Electricity Act and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

criminal conspiracy morefully stated under the CSR No.146/2018 dated 21.04.2018 for the complaint and to take action according to law and for the other reasons stated above. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, the petition of this nature is not maintainable before this Court. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
