ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members based on the complaint dated 20.11.2018 given by the petitioner.

2.Admittedly in this case, the petitioner has given a complaint against the accused persons before the respondent police and no action has been taken on the complaint. In the mean time, this petition has been filed seeking for police protection. The petitioner has to necessarily work out his remedy to get FIR registered against the accused persons. The petitioner cannot straightaway seek for a police protection. 3.In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, the petition of this nature is not maintainable before this Court. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.
