This petition is filed to extend the time by two weeks to this petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance of the order dated 12.07.2017 made in Crl.O.P.No.17726 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court is extended by 10 days from today.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
