Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.This application is filed to grant extension of time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18984 of 2018 dated 30.07.2018 to execute sureties.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: "the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees two thousand only) towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
