2.It is seen from the records that the respondent police has issued a summon to the petitioner to attend for an enquiry. It is made clear that the respondent police cannot call the petitioner repeatedly for an enquiry and the respondent police has to complete the enquiry and take a decision in accordance with the guidelines in Lalita Kumari Vs.
