ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the petitioner's minor daughter Sasmitha, aged about 8 years, from the illegal custody of the second respondent and hand over to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

adjudication in this habeas corpus petition as the detenue has since returned back. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the habeas corpus petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn apart from being infructuous.
