A.No.9373 of 2018 in CS.No.161 of 2015 K.KALYANASUNDARAM.,J This application is filed seeking return of documents, which were marked as Exs.P1 to P4.

2. According to the learned counsel for the applicant and the respondents, the suit was amicably settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras on 22.11.2018 and as per the memo of compromise, the documents now sought for have to be returned to the respondents.

3. As the suit was settled between the parties and the respondent has no objection for return of the original documents, this application is allowed.
