Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.12.2017, 13.04.2018, 09.05.2018 and 27.06.2018 and direct the third respondent to submit his detailed report before the first respondent, within the time frame.

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the the respondents to pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 25.12.2017, 13.04.2018, 09.05.2018 and 27.06.2018 and direct the third respondent to submit his detailed report before the first respondent.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 27.06.2018, stating that Form VII submitted by the Board are not legally valid for the reason that the invalid members are selected newly in the board. As no action has been taken on the same till date, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
4. Heard Mr.M.Thamizharasn, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent herein and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the fifth respondent herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
